This book takes your emotions for a ride. The character is a bit of a hot mess, her journey through life is comedic, inspiring, lonely, and loving. I live in the Boise area and it was so fun to read certain places in the book. It definitely helped create the image of where the character was.
The protagonist's complexity - and the reader's response to her - make it worth a read.
